Endometriosis Support Group

Endometriosis and Mental Health

Living with endometriosis can be overwhelming and isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. This support group is a safe, welcoming space for anyone impacted by endometriosis to connect, share, and heal.

Led by a licensed therapist who also has endometriosis, the group provides understanding from both a clinical and personal perspective. Together, we'll explore ways to manage the emotional toll of chronic pain, medical treatments, and the impact on relationships, work, and everyday life.

You’ll gain practical coping tools, emotional support, and a sense of community with others who truly understand. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been managing endometriosis for years, this group is here to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered.

You are not alone. Join us to connect, learn, and grow.
