  • — Have you sworn to yourself you’ll never binge again?

    — Are you feeling overwhelmed and stuck trying to stop binge eating?

    — Are you searching for binge eating treatment and eating disorder help?

You’re in the right place. Binge eating can be a frustrating journey to navigate on your own. I’m here to help you overcome binge eating. Things can be different.

We will work together to understand your eating patterns, triggers to binge eating, and work through skills and strategies to help you manage your emotions without food.

  • — Are you stuck in the binge / purge cycle?

    — Are you worried about how purging is harming your physical health?

  • — Do you struggle with negative thoughts about your body?

    — Spend time worrying about your weight, shape and size?

    — Avoid going places or spending time with people because you don’t like how you look?

    — Have you ever felt like you can’t stop thinking about the way you look?

    — Have you fixated on a body part or part of your appearance and just can’t shake obsessing over it?

    — Have you gotten multiple cosmetic or dental procedures and are consistently unhappy with them?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you might be struggling with general negative body image or body dysmorphia. Struggling with body image is exhausting.

Body image therapy can help you understand what keeps your negative body image going and what emotions or situations trigger bad body image days. Body image therapy will help you stop body checking which keeps you preoccupied with your body and appearance and help you learn new ways to relate to your body and appearance.

  • — Are you struggling with IBS?

    — Can’t seem to get your IBS symptoms under control?

    — Do you wish you could just have a normal bowel movement?

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a disabling functional disorder. IBS is considered a functional disorder which means that the bowel doesn’t work the way it should. This means the physical structures of your bowels don't show any problems but the nerves and muscles in your bowels are super sensitive to triggers such as stress.

What does the irritable in IBS mean? Irritable means your nerves are extra sensitive to foods, hormones, and stress. As a result of this increased sensitivity, you might experience any or all of the following symptoms:

    — Abdominal pain (often described as dull, crampy, or sharp)

    — Diarrhea

    — Constipation

    — Bloating

    — Gas (burping and farting)

    — Mucus in stool

    — Incomplete evacuation

    — Straining

    — Urgency

    — Fecal incontinence

If you are struggling with IBS, CBT for IBS is a very effective therapy approach to relieve IBS symptoms as it targets the gut-brain dysregulation that is characteristic of IBS.
